Premium Print Tickets will be shipped via our partner Printabl Tickets & Event Solutions GmbH (Printabl) no later than 10 business days after the order is placed. The final ticket price is inclusive of any sales tax and shipping costs. If you have any queries regarding shipping - especially if the ticket has not arrived at least 3 days before the event - please contact Printabl directly at paper-ticket@printabl.de so that access to the event can be ensured. A claim in this regard involving the reclaiming of the ticket price and/or reimbursement of further expenses is expressly excluded after the end of the event.
